From London Smoke to Global Slabs
At just twelve years old, Staks sparked his first makeshift pipe in London, guided by Jamaican friends who grew cannabis on window ledges. His early jars carried classics—Afghan, White Widow, Jack Herer, and AK-47, later shifting to Cheese, Amnesia, OG, and Sour Diesel. By eighteen, he was making biweekly trips from London to Amsterdam, chasing genetics, jars, and knowledge—laying the groundwork for an underground extraction empire.
The Seed Was Lit (2012)
In 2012, with no lab and no brand, just a cupboard grow and a DIY closed-loop, Staks began experimenting with butane extraction. He called his project Team10—a promise that every slab had to be 10/10 quality. What started as small runs in London flats evolved into a pursuit of purity that would define an era of European extracts.
Nug Runs and Sour Dreams
While most early extractors blasted trim, Team10 insisted on nug-only BHO. With a vacuum oven tucked inside a London apartment and mentorship from “Sour Steve,” they began perfecting Sour Diesel-dominant slabs that quickly gained cult status. Their East Coast Sour and Red Diesel runs were whispered legends in a market otherwise ruled by Cheese.
2015 Awards Wave
The European competition circuit cemented Team10’s reputation:
• 🥇 Secret Cup Barcelona — 1st Overall (Headbanger Shatter w/ Karma Genetics)
• 🥇 Dopefiend Cup London — 1st Concentrates (OG10 BHO)
• 🇺🇸 Secret Cup World Finals (LA) — 3rd Overall, the only European team to podium.
These wins marked Team10 as a bridge between UK innovation and global recognition.
The Plug Era
With UK laws tightening, Staks relocated to Barcelona, collaborating with IamThePlugWorldwide and The Plug Barcelona to build a legal lab for BHO, dry sift, and solventless extraction. The results spoke for themselves:

• 🥉 Dab-A-Doo Barcelona — 3rd (Super Silver BHO w/ The Plug BCN)
Barcelona became home turf, and Team10 a household name among European concentrate makers.
Community Over Clout
In 2016, Team10 and BrightonCC420 hosted The Summer Ball—a cannabis-themed charity dinner benefiting Kids with Cancer UK. The gesture reflected their ethos: compassion before competition, community before hype.

The Icon Years
A rare Runtz collaboration capped their nug-run legacy—limited TenPen carts and ProTENazine syrup became collectors’ items. “Ten10” wasn’t just a name; it was a standard. Every gram had to meet it.

From London basements to Barcelona labs and beyond, Team10’s journey embodies the rise of underground craft into global culture. Through clean slabs, quiet precision, and a code of respect for the plant, Staks transformed a one-man mission into a legacy respected across continents.
