• Money-back guarantee within 14 days of delivery.
• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
• Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
• Original shipping fees are nonrefundable unless we made an error.
• Refunds are processed after inspection.

LIMITED EDITIONS

• Founder's Edition and Colorwave are final sale for change-of-mind returns because they're limited, individually numbered collectibles.
• Defective, damaged or incorrect orders are still eligible for a replacement or refund at our expense.

PRE-ORDERS

• Customers may request cancellation before fulfillment, consistent with applicable requirements.
• If production is delayed beyond the promised shipping window, we will notify customers and provide the required cancellation/refund options.
