La Fav Farms: A Lifestyle Too Loud To Waste
early hustle (2000s)
Before cannabis entered the picture, the entrepreneurial spirit behind la fav farms was already in motion. At just 14 years old, he was flipping cell phones on eBay, demonstrating an early knack for identifying market opportunities. By the age of 20, he had scaled a recycling store business into a chain of 17 locations, honing both retail acumen and streetwise business instincts.
enter the game (2008)
In 2008, he stepped into California’s legacy cannabis scene, establishing storefronts, developing products, and forging partnerships that would shape his trajectory. This period laid the groundwork for what would, by 2016, officially evolve into the brand known as La Fav Farms.
built on lifestyle
Operating under the motto “a lifestyle is a terrible thing to waste,” La Fav Farms transcends the boundaries of a typical cannabis label. It merges wardrobe, culture, and personal expression—anchored by premium flower but equally driven by a deep connection to fashion and aesthetics.
flavor lane
La Fav has carved its reputation around citrusy and candy-forward exotic strains, including Yuzu, Suki, and Pink. In 2024, the brand delivered a standout Puffcon drop, “Koshu Grape Bubblezum,” washed by feel good. These rare, meticulously selected cuts remain in constant rotation, underscoring the brand’s dedication to flavor innovation.
collab certified
Collaborations are a hallmark of La Fav’s exclusivity. The brand joined forces with @fidelytings to create a Yuzu mini hash-hole and partnered with Nothing Personal Hash for limited-batch drops. Every collaboration is intentionally scarce, with most releases never repeated—ensuring they remain true collector’s items.
merch moves
La Fav’s merchandise, known as “Fav drip,” has established itself as a coveted streetwear staple. The lineup includes tees, hoodies, headwear, and collectibles, all stocked at La Fav Hype & Cards—a unique hybrid of fashion boutique and trading card shop located on Fountain Avenue (@lafavclothing).
lafav hype & cards
This retail hub fuses sneakers, apparel, collectible cards, and La Fav-branded gear, representing a full intersection of lifestyle, legacy culture, and the resale market. The shop operates most days between 1–5 p.m. in Los Angeles, offering an intimate, curated shopping experience.
license turbulence
La Fav’s original 10,000-square-foot indoor cultivation facility was lost following an LAPD raid. In response, la fav farms filed a lawsuit against the city and strategically pivoted toward white-label operations—continuing to release flower through trusted partner channels.
exclusive drops, low noise
Distribution is intentionally selective. There are no public distro lists or Weedmaps blasts. Instead, product moves discreetly through Signal groups, Instagram drops, and direct-to-collector releases. If a batch lands, it rarely lasts long.
not another lemon cherry
La Fav’s branding playfully critiques overused market trends while simultaneously setting them. The flower’s quality speaks for itself—delivering impact without relying on gimmicks.
