Blaze It Panda: Alaska’s Wolf Eel Legacy

Cold Roots to Cultivation

Cloud Capped Seed grew up in Alaska, where harsh winters and long nights made craft growing a challenge. At sixteen, he ran his first grow inside a gutted server case—until his grandmother shut it down. The experiment failed, but the passion never faded.

Hobbyist to Grower

What began as seed collecting evolved into careful selection and, eventually, breeding. Panda relied on female reversals rather than large male rooms—choosing proven mothers, flipping them, and locking traits through precision. Today, he leads a vertically integrated Alaskan facility, scaling production without sacrificing the small-batch craft ethos.

Wolf Eel Rises

The flagship strain, Wolf Eel, originated from Animal Tsunami × reversed Underdog Urkle. The cross produced three distinct leaners: powdered-sugar Tsunami types with caramel, gas, and grape notes; Urkle-heavy phenotypes with dense frost and purple hues; and balanced hybrids blending both traits. With moderate stretch, low leaf-to-calyx ratios, and easy training, keeper numbers like #10, #15, and #20 became shorthand for cuts and reversals.

Craft Above Hype

Panda’s philosophy prioritizes effects first, flavor second, and bag appeal last. Wolf Eel delivers a caramel-grape-gas profile layered over a relaxing yet cerebral high. Dominant terpenes like myrcene, limonene, and linalool give it a balanced “throwback meets modern” aroma.

Expanding the Catalog

Wolf Eel became the foundation for new creations. Unagi combined Burnt Offering × Wolf Eel #10. Born in the Purple paired T1000 × Underdog Urkle. World Eater fused Suncrusher × Wolf Eel #10—bringing two Panda originals together into a high-terpene line that’s tested up to 5.5% total terpenes while showing rare CBD-V and THC-V expression. For Panda, World Eater represents peak craft: resin-rich, effect-driven, and scientifically tested.

Building in Public

Through Blaze It Panda and Cloud Capped Seeds, he documents every step—pheno hunts, reversals, keeper notes, trichome macros, run cards, and drop updates. His feed stands as a transparent grower’s journal with over a thousand posts showcasing real data and results.

Alaska to Everywhere

What began in a cold Alaskan room now reaches far beyond. Seeds flow through distributors like The High End and LFTD, and Wolf Eel appears on strain cards and online genetic databases—proof that Panda’s work has earned recognition beyond his local scene.

Grower, Breeder, Storyteller

Blaze It Panda embodies Alaskan craft—one person, one vision, countless cold-room hours. Wolf Eel and World Eater aren’t just strains; they’re living proof that even in the harshest environments, dedication and precision can yield true genetic fire.

Background, location & role. The High End’s interview states Panda operates in southeast Alaska, manages “hundreds of plants” as head grower for a vertically integrated facility, & details his philosophy.

First grow at 16 (server case) & path from hobbyist → breeder. Directly described in the same interview’s “A Natural Progression” section.

Breeding approach (female reversals; effects > flavor > bag appeal). Quoted throughout the interview; emphasizes effects 1st & precision via reversing selected females.

Wolf Eel lineage & phenotype notes. Interview confirms Animal Tsunami × Underdog Urkle, with “powdered-sugar” Tsunami-leaners & grape/kush Urkle-leaners.

Documented keeper numbers. Panda’s site shows Wolf Eel #10 reversal & Wolf Eel F2 (#20 × #10); The Botanist retails Wolf Eel #15—together evidencing #10#15#20 as active keepers.

Wolf Eel terpenes (myrcene, limonene, linalool) & “throwback” description. Strain card from The Botanist lists dominant terps & notes the classic-meets-modern profile.

Catalog expansions & lineages. Panda’s “Creations” page documents Unagi (Burnt Offering × Wolf Eel #10), Born in the Purple (T1000 × Underdog Urkle), World Eater (Suncrusher × Wolf Eel #10), Wolf Moon, Cloud Magic, Solemn Nights, etc.

Seed distribution/availability. Listings for Blaze It Panda at The High End (collection page + shop) & LFTD Seeds (Wolf Eel/Born in the Purple).

Public footprint / “building in public.” Primary IG accounts show ongoing posts & seed handle: @blaze_it_panda (bio: “Alaskan Craft Cannabis—Home of Wolf Eel”) & @cloud_capped_seeds.

Independent database entries. SeedFinder pages for Wolf Eel & World Eater confirm catalog presence beyond social channels.

World Eater note (5.5% total terps; CBD-V & THC-V present). This comes directly from Blaze It Panda (creator statement shared to you). I couldn’t find a posted lab card yet; treat as on-record from the breeder until a public COA is available.
